Antonella is committed to her consciousness development to be present, in the present moment. She likes to travel around the world and in Mexico, her favorite city is Istanbul. Sports and dance have been present throughout her life, she practiced artistic gymnastics, ballet, athletics, triathlon, and basketball. Currently, she trains in pole dance and takes Afro-Cuban rhythm classes. Reading is part of her daily learning, the books that changed her way of thinking were: " The Biology of Belief" by Bruce H. Lipton Ph.D. and "The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying" by Sogyal Rinpoche. Musical stimulation is essential to enjoy her life, the genres she likes the most are: Reggaeton, Jazz, Soul, R&B, Rock&Roll, House, Boleros, Regional Mexican, and Salsa. Finally, going to museums to enjoy painting and sculpture is an activity that relaxes and balances her being.
